We ship to all addresses in Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more (about $36 USD).
- Orders under $50 CAD: flat rate of $7.99 CAD (about $5.80 USD).
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also see your order status in your account.
Duties and taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, although these are uncommon for orders to Canada and the US.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at byhnysf@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.
